The majority of our horses are born and bred in Canada. We find the quiet temperament of the draft mixes well with the athleticism of the thoroughbred. All of our horses are sound and sensible with no vices. They are suitable for a variety of disciplines (Trail riding, eventing, dressage, hunter/jumper, fox hunting, etc..) and have unlimited potential.

Training

We typically buy our horses as yearlings and turn them out to grow up on the hills of Virginia. At three years of age, we begin formal training. Our horses get experience being ridden in the pastures, along the roads, on the trails and in the ring. They gain familiarity with dogs, cats, cows, puppies and vehicles.
